Cookie Policy

a. Strictly Necessary

These are essential for the website to work and do not require consent under PECR.

• fcc_cookie_consent_v1 (local storage): your cookie choice, so we do not ask again. Kept until you clear it or change your choice.
• Sign-in tokens for patient and provider accounts (local storage): keep you signed in. Removed when you sign out.
• Form memory for the length of your visit (session storage): for example the details you entered in a phone number request, so you are not asked twice. Cleared when you close the tab.
• A pharmacy click reference (local storage): on our weight-loss and hair-loss pages, a random reference used only so that one visit to a pharmacy is counted once for billing. It holds no information about you and is never joined to your browsing.

b. Analytics

Only with your consent. Until you accept analytics in the banner, nothing in this category is set or loaded, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google or kept in our own usage record.

• Google Analytics 4 (cookies beginning _ga): loaded only after you accept. Tells us which pages are visited and from what kind of device. IP addresses are anonymised, Google Signals is not enabled, no advertising or personalisation cookies are set, and analytics data is not shared with Google for advertising or ads personalisation. Google keeps the data for two months.
• fcc_session_id (session storage): a random identifier, created only after you accept, that links the searches and clicks of one visit in our own usage record on our own servers. Cleared when you close the tab, and removed if you later reject analytics. The record it links to is deleted after 12 months.

c. Maps

Results pages can show a Google Map of providers. The map, and any cookies Google sets with it, load only when you choose to show it.

d. Third-Party Content

Where you continue to a provider's own booking system or a pharmacy's website, that site sets its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control.
